PROCESS: Assess, Analyze, Achieve
Hugins Associates works with you to create an individualized roadmap
to get you to where you want to be. We help you thrive through
our Proprietary A3 Process, an eight-phase system that takes the
mystery out of working with a CPA and shows you, step by step,
how you can get there.
Assess
In this phase, Hugins Associates works with you to identify
exactly where you've been, where you are, and where you want
to go. We
look at the whole picture, not just your finances, and we begin
with the end in mind. We're creating your success from the ground
up; Assessment is the foundation of all that we do. The outcome
from this phase is a customized plan, and milestones that will
guide us every step of the way.
Analyze
In this phase, we apply the plan, step by step. Then we
continuously track progress toward your goals. The goal is a
self-sustaining,
self-correcting system that runs like clockwork. We'll measure
actual performance against goals and milestones. We'll adjust
course at the first sign it's needed--not months down the road,
when time
and profits have disappeared. We'll continue refining the tactics
and strategies that will take your business where you want it to
be.
Achieve
It is so exciting to see the results unfold – actually
achieving your goals. As the success becomes evident, we periodically
revisit
the Assessment phase, creating new plans and new goals to keep
building your business.
